Blue Water Pools
We are a family owned professional pool builder.
Blue Water Pools Construction & Services is a family-owned pool builder serving Southwest Florida from our home base in Cape Coral. The Menendez family leads every part of this business — design, construction, service, and the phone call you make to get started. That means the people you meet at your first consultation are the same people standing in your backyard on build day. We design and build new pools, renovate and resurface existing ones, install and service equipment, and handle repairs of every kind. Licensed, certified, and straightforward about what your project will take. License #CPC1460777.
Built for the Way Florida Actually Lives
A backyard in Southwest Florida gets used year-round, and it takes a beating from sun, salt, and storms. We design pools that hold up to all of it — with the right structural engineering, equipment sized correctly for the demands you’ll put on it, and finishes chosen to last. The result is a pool that still looks and performs beautifully years from now.
One Team, From Permit to First Swim
Our team includes a Certified Pool Contractor and a Certified General Contractor, so engineering, permitting, construction, decking, and equipment all stay under one roof. No handoffs between companies, no gaps where a project stalls, and no confusion about who’s responsible. You get one point of contact, one schedule, and honest updates at every phase.
The Roadmap To Your New Pool
Process
Discovery Consultation
We visit your property, listen to how you want to use your yard, and talk honestly about scope, site conditions, and budget before anything is drawn.
Custom Design & Visualization
We turn that conversation into a real design — shape, features, decking, and finishes — so you can see your pool clearly before a shovel touches the ground.
Precision Construction
Engineering, permitting, and construction handled in-house by our own certified team, with clear communication at every phase so you always know where things stand.
Unveiling Your Oasis
We finish the build, complete the start-up on your new surface, walk you through your equipment, and hand over a backyard that's ready to enjoy.

FAQ
We handle the complete life of a pool: new construction — both standard and fully custom builds — along with renovations, resurfacing, new equipment installation, and repairs of every kind. Because we build, renovate, and service pools, we can take a project from an empty yard through decades of ownership without handing you off to another company.
Blue Water Pools Construction & Services operates under License #CPC1460777, and our team includes both a Certified Pool Contractor and a Certified General Contractor. We're also a Hayward Preferred Builder and an NPT Certified Installer, which means manufacturer-level training and support behind the equipment and finishes we install.
It depends on size, shape, finishes, features like spas and water features, deck and screen work, your lot's site conditions, and local permitting — which is why any specific number quoted sight-unseen isn't worth much. We'll give you a real figure quickly after seeing your property. Financing is available through Lyon Financial with no home equity or appraisal required.
We do, and it's included in our scope. We manage the survey, structural engineering, plan submittals to your local building department, and inspections throughout the build. Southwest Florida has specific code and wind-load requirements, and we design to meet them from the first drawing rather than discovering problems at inspection.
